Tomato puree with basil

This passata is special because it’s made with tomatoes that ripen in the Puglia sun, harvested by our farmers and immediately processed by expert hands only in August and September… the best months for bottling! “Sweet and flavorful” is how they describe me, because I transform every dish into a delicious recipe.
