L’Italiano Filtered oil has a harmonious character and is fully reflected in the figure of Charlemagne, the just, noble, and generous Emperor of France, known as “The Great” for his great valor. On Christmas Eve 800, he was crowned Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire by Pope Leo III, who anointed him the defender of Christianity. Thanks to him, France and Christianity enjoyed a period of true splendor, and his army is virtually unbeatable thanks to the valor of the Paladins.

This unfiltered oil is the noble fruit of the union of prized Southern Italian cultivars, cold-pressed and processed according to the ancient art of oil making, respecting tradition and quality.

This oil is bottled as it comes from the mill after natural decantation. Its harmonious character and authenticity make it an excellent culinary ally, ideal for seasoning typical Mediterranean dishes.
