Provola is one of the typical cheeses of the Sicilian dairy tradition.

It can be recognized by its characteristic thread-like profile, with the head to which the string is tied for maturing. The fresh provola from our dairy has a tender consistency and a delicate, lactic flavour.

It is prepared it using exclusively milk from small local farms, following an artisanal production.
