POTATO GNOCCHI STUFFED WITH RICOTTA CHEESE AND SPINACH 400 GR
The intense flavor of these potato gnocchi with ricotta and spinach pairs perfectly with melted cheeses. Try them with sauces of melted butter and walnuts, cream and speck, or melted Gorgonzola and pear flakes.
Cooking tips: In a pan: for better cooking and enhanced flavor, pour 100 ml of water and your desired sauce into the pan. Mix the sauce well, add the gnocchi to the pan, and cook for 4 minutes, stirring gently, until the sauce thickens. Serve directly on a plate.
